Corporate Karma has developed the demo application „eConcierge“ for the hotel and catering business. With the polytouch installed in a hotel lobby, customers can check in and out using the built-in credit card reader and bar code scanner, find their room or the nearest elevator, order room service, make a reservation for a breakfast table, ask for a wake-up call or find out about cultural or gastronomical offerings all over town – around the clock!
